A TV was stolen from an elderly person’s home by burglars.

The incident happened some time between January 30 and February 4 at a property in Milford Street, Salisbury.

A 50-inch LG smart TV – model LG50NANO816QA – was taken after police said they believe the thief entered through a possible unlocked front door.

The stolen TV was bought less than a week before the burglary.

PC Mat Jacob said: “We would like to hear from anyone who may have information from the local area.

“If you or anyone you know has received or purchased a second-hand TV matching the description around the time of the incident or any time after, please contact us immediately.”
