THE monthly Old Sarum Car Boot Sale due to take place on Sunday at Salisbury FC stadium has been cancelled.
A Facebook post announcing the decision says: “Due to the recent rainfall and the weather outlook for the weekend, the Car Boot Crew have taken the decision to cancel this weekend’s car boot.
“We would like to thank everyone of you that has either been selling or popped along to get a bargain for making the car boots very successful throughout the year.
“We would also like to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and an even happier New Year.”
The Car Boot Crew will return for the next monthly event on January 4, 2026.
