A MAN has been charged with causing the death of a man by careless driving following a collision in Salisbury.
Stuart Withers, 71, of Shrewton, died following the collision just before 6am on November 22, 2024, in Exeter Street.
Callan Howitt, 30, of South Street, Warminster, has been charged with causing death by careless driving.
He is due to appear at Salisbury Magistrates Court on February 20.
