Vapes and cigs stolen in early morning burglary

POLICE are investigating a burglary at a convenience store in Salisbury where vapes and cigarettes were stolen.

A crowbar was used to break into Central Stores in Middleton, Winterslow, shortly before 12.30am this morning (January 21).

The suspect is described as a male of large build, wearing tracksuit bottoms and a thin puffer jacket with a hoody underneath and a balaclava.

He is believed to have left in the direction of Clough Lane.

A police spokesperson said: “We’d urge anyone with information, including any witnesses, dash cam footage or doorbell footage, to get in touch immediately to help with our investigation.
