BUSINESSES in Salisbury have been getting to grips with AI tools such as ChatGPT during a recent workshop.

The Make It AI event, delivered by Luke Cleall and hosted by Salisbury & District Chamber of Commerce, drew more than 100 of the city’s business.

Luke delivered a knowledgeable and accessible presentation, breaking down common misconceptions around AI and focusing on how tools such as ChatGPT and custom GPTs can be used effectively in everyday work.

The session shared real examples of how organisations are already saving time, improving processes and working more efficiently.
