Prospective buyers invited to view new bungalows across three developments

HOUSEBUILDER Pennyfarthing Homes is opening the doors to a selection of new bungalows across three developments this Saturday (January 31), giving prospective buyers the chance to view homes at various sites.

The family-owned company is hosting viewings at Oakwood Grove, Whitsbury Green and Potters Wood between 11am and 4pm.

Visitors will be able to explore a range of newly built bungalows, with sales representatives on hand to answer questions about layouts, availability and the buying process.

Refreshments will be provided during the day, and the first ten booked appointments will receive a mystery gift.

Those wishing to attend are asked to contact the development they would like to visit in advance.

Sales and marketing director Sheetal Smith said the event reflects continued demand for single-storey homes.

“We’re excited to bring fresh energy to the homebuying journey this January and highlight the convenience and style of our bungalow designs,” she said.

“Demand for bungalows remains exceptionally strong across the UK, and we’re proud to be delivering homes that appeal to all ages, from families seeking space for older relatives to those looking to downsize.

“Our single-level homes offer accessible, spacious layouts and beautifully landscaped gardens, designed to suit a wide range of lifestyles. We look forward to welcoming guests for our first dedicated bungalow event.”

Whitsbury Green, located in the market town of Fordingbridge, offers a mix of houses and bungalows, with schools and local amenities close by.

Potters Wood, in Verwood, is surrounded by countryside including Blashford Lakes, Avon Heath and Moors Valley.

While Oakwood Grove in Alderholt combines village living with access to the New Forest and the south coast.
