Home care firm praised as demand soars across Salisbury

A LEADING home care provider in Salisbury is celebrating a year of growth and high praise after supporting thousands of families to remain living independently in their own homes.

Helping Hands Home Care has published its 2025 impact report, revealing that more than 15,000 customers were supported over the past year as demand for home-based care continues to rise.

The report highlights the scale of the service’s work, with more than five million hours of care delivered by its 6,100 carers.

Its expert care team also handled more than 90,000 calls, offering round-the-clock advice and reassurance to customers and their families.

The company’s focus on personalised care appears to be paying off.

Its average rating on Homecare.co.uk has risen to 9.1 out of 10, with some branches scoring as high as 9.7.

Meanwhile, its Trustpilot rating stands at 4.7 out of 5, based on more than 4,700 reviews.

Inspectors have also recognised the quality of care, with 99% of its branches rated ‘Good’, ‘Excellent’ or ‘Outstanding’ by the Care Quality Commission.

Chief executive Emma Pearson said the figures reflect the dedication of staff across the organisation.
