POLICE in Salisbury are appealing for witnesses after a woman was assaulted by a shirtless man in Greencroft Park.

The incident happened approximately between 4.30pm and 4.40pm on April 27.

It is reported that a woman was assaulted by a man, described as aged between approximately 50 and 60.

He was wearing no top, cream trousers and white trainers and was carrying a motorbike helmet with him.

A police spokesperson said: “We would like to speak to anyone who may have witnessed the incident or has any information.”
