POLICE in Amesbury have identified two suspects following a cross-county CCTV appeal launched last week.

Officers confirmed the breakthrough came after an appeal linked to the theft of radiators from a driveway in Amesbury.

In an update, police said two suspects have now been identified thanks to information shared by the public.

A spokesperson said: “Following our appeal to identify two people in connection with the theft of radiators from a driveway in Amesbury, we are pleased to report we have identified two suspects.

“We would like to thank everyone who supported our appeal, in particular those who shared with us the Thames Valley Police post, which has directly led to the suspects being identified.”
