A SALISBURY restaurant building is set to be sold at auction this week.
50 Blue Boar Row, which currently houses Pizza Express, is being sold at the Acuitus commercial property auction next Thursday (July 16).
The 2,987 sq ft property comprises two floors of restaurant accommodation, and has been trading as Pizza Express since 2009, with an additional floor of ancillary accommodation.
The property currently generates an annual income of £59,950 and will be offered with a guide price of between £675,000 and £700,000, the auctioneer said.
“The restaurant is prominently situated overlooking Salisbury’s historic Market Place, which has been a hub for trade for over 800 years, and is well positioned for proximity to the Cross Keys Shopping Mall and Old George Mall,” a spokesperson said.
John Mehtab, of Acuitus, added: “This highly attractive property located in an affluent market town is the perfect opportunity for an investor looking for a slice of the F&B market.”
The auction will get underway at 1pm on Thursday and will be broadcast via livestream on the Acuitus website with bidding online, by telephone and by proxy.
