Police appeal to find ‘unknown teens’ behind spate of criminal damage and bad behaviour

“UNKNOWN teenagers” are believed to be behind an outbreak of criminal damage and anti-social behaviour in a Salisbury wooded area.

Wiltshire Police is appealing for information after a “series” of incidents in the wooded area between Chiselbury Grove and Radcliffe Road, Harnham.

“We have received reports that these youths have been setting small fires, spraying graffiti and being verbally abusive to other members of the public,” a police spokesperson said.

“During this incredibly hot and dry weather, any fire or spark is a significant danger and can easily rapidly spread out of control.”

Anyone with information about the incidents should contact police on 101, or email PC Pallas at 70310@wiltshire.police.uk, quoting reference 54260071009.
