POLICE are appealing for witnesses after two suspected teenage burglars were disturbed inside a Salisbury home before fleeing on bicycles.

The break-in happened at an address in Balmoral Road during the afternoon of Friday, May 8.

Officers say two males, believed to be in their teens, were found inside the property at around 5pm before making off from the scene on pushbikes.

The suspects are believed to have caused significant damage to the home.

Police are now urging anyone who was in the area at the time, or who may have captured suspicious activity on CCTV, doorbell cameras or dashcam footage, to come forward.
