DRINK-driving resulted in a 15-month ban and a £1,000 fine for one driver.
David Phillips, of Gainsborough Close, Bemerton Heath, appeared before magistrates in Poole on November 30 charged with drink driving in Christchurch on September 9 last year.
The 45-year-old previously denied the charge, but was found guilty of driving with 56 microgrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes.
Phillips was fined £1,000, as well as being ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £400, and £620 in court costs, as well as being banned from driving for 15 months.
