A LOVABLE rescue dog with a huge personality and an even bigger heart is hoping to find a forever home.
Roo, a two-year-old Staffordshire Bull Terrier at Dogs Trust Salisbury, is described as a sweet-natured and affectionate dog who is ready to leave kennel life behind and start a new chapter with a family of her own.
The playful pup loves attention from people she trusts and enjoys keeping busy with games that challenge her mind.
Staff at the rehoming centre say Roo is just as happy cuddling up for fuss as she is heading out for walks and adventures.
But while Roo has plenty of love to give, she is looking for the right match.
She would prefer to be the only pet in the home so she can soak up all the attention for herself.
Roo could also live with older children who understand she may need patience and time to settle into a new environment.

Rehoming centre manager at Dogs Trust Salisbury Claire Rowe said: “Roo is such a lovely pooch and is always eager for fuss and attention.
“She adores playtime and her walks and enjoys calm doggy pals when out and about. She would make a wonderful addition to the right family.”
Like many rescue dogs, Roo just needs someone willing to give her the chance to shine, and in return, her new family can expect “endless affection and loyalty”.
