SALISBURY Charter Fair will welcome dodgems, the waltzer and a carousel to the Market Place later this month.
The fair will feature an exciting mix of attractions of fairground classics and a variety of exhilarating rides to entertain thrill-seekers – including the return of ‘Oxygen’.
The fair will also offer a range of family-friendly rides and stalls, with pricing for children’s rides set at just £2.50 before 6pm.
The Salisbury Charter Fair is returning to the town from October 20 to October 23 to provide fun for all the family.

The fair will be open from 2pm until 9pm on October 20, and then 11am until 10pm on October 21 through to October 23.
A traditional civic parade from the Guildhall to the twister ride will officially open the fair on October 20, followed by speeches and a special blessing of the fair, marking the start of four days of thrilling entertainment and community celebration.

Dating back to 1227, when King Henry III granted a charter to the Bishop of Salisbury to hold a fair on the third Monday in October, the event remains a treasured annual tradition, with its lively atmosphere and diverse array of food and games providing entertainment for all ages in the heart of the city.
