Hours: 21 – 37 hours per week 

Salary: Dependent on experience 

Fixed term contract to 31.03.2024, with the opportunity to extend from 01.04.2024

This is a new and exciting opportunity to recruit and develop a talented General Practice Assistant (GPA). 

General Practice Assistants are a newly developed role introduced to provide extra time, capacity and expertise to support patients in preparing for, or in following-up, clinical conversations they have with clinicians. 

As part of the role, the GPA will be expected to support doctors in the smooth running of their surgeries, by handling a variety of routine administration and some basic clinical duties. 

Full training and mentorship will be provided.
