A MAN is due to appear in court today charged with murder following the death of a four-week-old baby boy in Salisbury.
Jamie Fulford, 26, of Tournament Road, has been charged with murder and with causing or allowing the death or serious harm of a child. He is due before judges in Salisbury today.
The charges relate to an incident in which a baby boy was admitted to Salisbury District Hospital on September, 1, 2022, with serious injuries.
Despite medical treatment, he died several days later on September 9.
The child’s mother, Sophie Egerton, 21, also of Tournament Road, has been charged with causing or allowing the death or serious harm of a child. She is also due to appear in court today.
