Man in court over burglary at Salisbury primary school

A MAN has appeared in court charged with breaking into a Salisbury primary school.

Troy Russell, of Sherbourne Drive, was arrested on Sunday (October 29) after a burglary at Old Sarum Primary School.

Laptops and tablets were stolen from the school premises, police said.

Russell was arrested and has since been charged with burglary and two counts of theft.

The 27-year-old appeared at Salisbury Magistrates Court on Monday and was remanded in custody to appear at Salisbury Crown Court on December 1.
