A MAN has died after a crash near Salisbury.

The incident happened at around 7.30pm last night (Thursday, May 25) on the A360 north of the city and involved two vehicles.

The driver of a van involved in the collision, a man in his 20s, was pronounced dead at the scene.

A passenger in the same vehicle, a man in his 50s, is being treated in hospital for serious injuries.

“The next of kin of both men have been informed and our thoughts are with them at this incredibly difficult time,” said a Wiltshire Police spokesperson.
