PARENTS are being invited to join an online discussion about county lines.

County lines is a term used to describe drugs operations spanning the country, where supplies from large towns and cities are distributed in smaller, often rural communities.

In a bid to raise awareness of the problem, Wiltshire Police is hosting a webinar – an online discussion – from 7pm to 8.30pm on Thursday (March 7).

“As part of our county lines awareness work we do with our communities, we are promoting a webinar for parents to find out more about the issue of county lines drug networks,” a spokesperson said.
