PAULTONS Park has once again been confirmed as among the best theme parks in the UK.
The Romsey attraction – home of Peppa Pig World, made even more famous by then-Prime Minister Boris Johnson during an infamous speech – picked up four gold trophies at the recent UK Theme Park Awards.
Paultons, which spans 140 acres in Hampshire, was crowned Best Theme Park for Families (large) and Best Theme Park for Toddlers (large) in the national awards, which were held at Thorpe Park on September 19.
The park also took home the top award for Best New Food Outlet for Grande Central Café and Restaurant, and a further Gold award in the Best Customer Service (large) category.
Lawrence Mancey, marketing and technology director, said: “We are all thrilled to be recognised for the quality of our family-friendly offering and our dining experience here at Paultons Park.
“The UK Theme Park Awards are voted for by the public, which means everything to us as our purpose has always been to delight guests of every age and provide wonderful family memories.
“In addition, to receive the Gold Award for Best Customer Service is testament to the hundreds of people in our teams who work so hard to ensure that every single guest has an exceptional time when visiting Paultons Park.”
Elsewhere on the night, the park took home the Best Sustainability Initiative Bronze award for its Paultons Promise scheme, the Park’s commitment to operate responsibly and fairly, covering areas such as environmental care, community engagement, and guest and staff wellbeing.
The Park also received Bronze for Best New Entertainment for Blast Off! A Space Rocket Adventure, which guides the audience on a thrilling journey through space.
Lawrence added: “We’re excited to continue to build on our fantastic offering for the whole family.
“Next May sees the launch of our interactive dark ride, Ghostly Manor, which promises a world-first experience and epic new adventure.
“But that’s not all – we have major plans in the works for 2026, when we’ll introduce a whole new world for our guests to explore.”
