AT around 1.30am on Thursday morning (May 23) police were called to St Mark’s Avenue in Salisbury amid concerns of “suspicious activity”.

Officers arriving at the scene are now appealing for information regarding a black Ford Fiesta seen leaving the area.

Det Insp Eirin Martin said: “We are concerned for the safety of a woman who was seen getting into the vehicle.

“If that was you, or you were travelling in this vehicle please contact us to reassure us that you are alright.”

They urged anyone who saw anything suspicious in the area, or who has information that could help with the enquiries, to contact police on 101 quoting log number 14 of May 23.
