SALISBURY Police are appealing for information after a young woman was followed by an unknown man in Downton.
Police said the woman was walking her dog at around 10pm on April 24 in Memorial Gardens when she was approached by a man she did not know who put his hand on her shoulder and proceeded to follow her.
The man is described as a white man, about 6ft 2in tall with a slim build and had a grey braided beard.
He was wearing a long green coat and a fishing hat.
