POLICE are investigating a fire at a Salisbury bowling alley.

The incident happened at around 4pm on Monday (May 8) and saw the building, on the Millford Trading Estate, evacuated.

“We received a call from a member of staff shortly before 4.10pm due to a fire on a back wall at Outburst,” said a police spokesperson.

“All customers from the centre were evacuated as a precaution.

“Initial enquiries suggest the fire was started deliberately so we are now investigating.”
