BURGLARS targeted three properties in the Redlynch area in one night, police said.
The incidents happened overnight between Thursday (September 19) and Friday (September 20), with thousands of pounds worth of items stolen.
Police said thieves had targeted three separate addresses and taken items including garden power tools and bikes.
“The addresses targeted are all in rural and remote locations with barns and outbuildings,” a Wiltshire Police spokesperson said.
“It is believed offenders travelled in a black Ford Transit van into Downton and up to Redlynch before heading back on to the A36 into Hampshire via West Willow.
“We are urging residents in the area to be mindful of these latest incidents and their own home security.
“Officers have increased patrols in the area and are working closely with Hampshire Constabulary to carry out extensive enquiries.”
