A PERSON was seen riding on top of a car bonnet in Salisbury’s Culver Street car park.
CCTV caught three people taking turns to drive a red Ford Fiesta on the top floor of the car park at around 9.35pm on Monday night (April 28).
The registered driver – who passed his driving test just three weeks before – was given a final warning by police after he was also spotted driving with his friend on the bonnet.

PCSO Jack Hammond caught up with the group within just five minutes of the first offence taking place after the incident was spotted by Salisbury City Council’s CCTV team.
Section 59 notices were issued to the driver and the vehicle, which means if it is seen being driven anti-socially again within a year, it will be seized.
Similarly, if the driver is seen driving another vehicle antisocially, that vehicle will be seized as well.
Strong words of advice were given to the other two boys involved, police said.
PCSO Hammond, from Salisbury’s Neighbourhood Policing Team, said: “Not only did the manner of driving pose a danger to those involved, it is an annoyance that blights local residents and it is unacceptable.
“We will continue to tightly police this area and anti-social behaviour will be dealt with.”
Police previously cracked down on anti-social driving in Culver Street car park last November after one driver failed to take notice of previous warnings, resulting in their car being seized.
