A HEAD chef at a care home in Wilton, known for her creative birthday cakes, is celebrating 30 years of dedicated service to Barchester Healthcare and its many residents.
Hayley Dibden initially joined the Milford House Nursing Home as a kitchen assistant in 1994 before working her way up to the role of head chef in 2002.
Hayley decided on a change in 2023 as she transferred to Wilton Place Care Home.
A spokesperson for Barchester Healthcare said: “She is a well respected member of staff and a familiar face to many of Milford House’s residents over the years.
“As head chef she uses her talents to create delicious and nutritious meals for the residents. They also enjoy themed evenings with various culinary accompaniments.
“She is renowned for her wonderfully creative birthday cakes too.”
Residents and team members at the home joined in congratulating her on receiving her long service award from general manager, Antoinette Roberts who presented her with flowers and gifts to show our appreciation.
Ms Roberts said: “We are all in awe of Hayley’s achievement.
“She is a valued member of the Wilton Place team and we are delighted to have her working alongside us providing the best possible experience for our residents.
“Here’s to the next 30 years Hayley!”
