UPDATE: Police have now confirmed they have found a body in the search for Alex.

POLICE are trying to locate a man that went missing at the weekend.
Amesbury Police said the 30-year-old army sergeant, Alex, was last seen walking around the Tidworth branch of Tesco at about 11am on Sunday (July 6).
He is wearing a grey sweatshirt and dark grey outdoor trousers with black knee patches.
He is about 5 ft 7 tall, with an athletic build, mousy brown hair and a beard.
The force is also appealing directly to Alex himself to let them know that he is well.

Sergeant Gareth Brooks said: “Alex, we need to know that you are safe.
“Please call 101 and ask to be put through to me directly. I’m here to listen and I can give you the time you need to talk things through.
“There are many people, who care about you and they need to know that you are OK.”
