COMMUNITY members in Amesbury have enjoyed a special carol concert performed by around 100 schoolchildren.
Pupils from Christ the King School, King’s Gate Primary School and Amesbury CofE Primary School assembled at The Bowman Centre to sing festive favourites.
The concert, organised by the town council earlier this month and supported by Amesbury Town Band, was enjoyed by parents, visitors and mayor Cllr Dr Monica Devendran.
A council spokesman said: “It was a great way to start the festive month of December – thank you to everyone who joined us, a Merry Christmas to all.”
