FIVE men wearing camouflage are set to appear in court following reports of night poaching.
A group of camouflaged men with dogs was sighted in a field near Cholderton, Amesbury on January 29 and reported to police.
Five men have now been charged with offences under the Night Poaching Act 1828:
• Sean McWhinnie, 44, of Lizard Close, Southampton
• William Goddard, 41, of Norbury Gardens, Hamble-le-Rice, Hampshire
• Billy Goddard, 21, of Norbury Gardens, Hamble-le-Rice, Hampshire
• Jesse Dennard, 26, of Darenth Wood Road, Darenth, Kent
• Riley Dennard, 18, of Billet Hill, Ash, Kent

McWhinnie and Jesse and Riley Dennard are due to appear at Salisbury Magistrates’ Court on July 23. William and Billy Goddard are due to appear at Salisbury Magistrates’ Court on August 8.
