Man wanted by police following sexual offence at Stonehenge

A MAN who committed a sexual offense at Stonehenge during the summer solstice is wanted by Wiltshire Police.

The offence was committed as thousands of people gathered at the ancient stones to welcome in the longest day at the summer solstice celebrations on June 21.

Wilshire Police said the offence took place just before 1am.

An e-fit has now been created following extended conversations with the victim, and police are keen to identify him.

A police spokesperson said: “If you think you might recognise him, please email the investigating officer at 2269@wiltshire.police.uk quoting 54250075725.”
