SALISBURY’S night sky is set to burst into colour as a dazzling firework display is coming to Salisbury Racecourse.
The family-friendly event is taking place on Saturday, November 1. Gates open at 5.30pm and the main firework display kicks off from 7.30pm.
The 12-minute display is the perfect way to start Bonfire Night celebrations.
The event is raising money for Salisbury Hospice Charity and will feature delicious food stalls, and live music from This is Queen.
“Salisbury fireworks is more than just a night of entertainment; it’s an opportunity to come together as a community to support those who need it most,” the hospice charity said.
“By attending, you’ll be helping to raise vital funds for Salisbury Hospice Charity, which provides compassionate care for patients and their families at the end of life.

“Every ticket sold contributes directly to services that make a real difference across the local area, from clinical care to bereavement support.”
There’s plenty for families to enjoy outside of the display too.
A Halloween disco is taking place from 6pm, and there will be an array of winter food stalls for people to peruse.
“Wrap up warm, bring your loved ones, and immerse yourself in the sights and sounds of this much-loved community event,” organisers added.
“Together, we can light up the sky while supporting Salisbury Hospice Charity.”
For those looking to make the evening extra special, exclusive hospitality packages are available. More information can be found on the Salisbury Hospice Charity website here.
The event is sponsored by Jones and Company in association with the Rotary Clubs of Wilton and Salisbury.
Tickets are expected to sell out quickly, so early booking is recommended.
