BOTH directions of the A303 between Amesbury and Winterbourne Stoke are currently closed following a crash today (July 25).
The road is expected to clear by 3.45pm.
A Wiltshire Police spokesperson said: “Part of the A303 near Stonehenge is currently closed as we are dealing with a road traffic collision.
“The road is closed in both directions from Longbarrow Roundabout to Countess Roundabout.
“Drivers should avoid the area and seek alternative routes.”
