POLICE are keen to trace burglars who broke into a Ferndown property – but didn’t steal anything.

Officers said they believe items were moved, but nothing was taken, after an incident in Beaufoys Avenue some time between 10.30am on Monday, August 19, and 2pm on Friday, August 23.

PC Kayleigh Barguss, of Dorset Police, said: “I am appealing for anyone who saw or heard any suspicious activity in the area during the relevant timeframe to please get in touch.

“I would also like to hear from anyone in the vicinity who may have captured any relevant footage to assist my enquiries.”
