A MAN in his 70s was taken to hospital after a crash near Salisbury yesterday (December 27).
The incident happened near Brickworth Down Farm, in Whiteparish, at around 4pm and involved a car and a lorry.
Wiltshire Police said road closures were put in place after the crash and that the man had suffered “serious but not life threatening injuries”.
Closures were put in place on the A36 junction with the A27 and the Whaddon junction, as well as at Windwhistle Lane connecting to West Grimstead.
