A WOMAN was sadly killed following a five-car crash on the A303 at Winterbourne Stoke.

She has been named as 25-year-old Jade Anthony, 25, from Buckingham.

Jade sustained life-threatening injuries in the crash on the eastbound carriageway of the A303 just before 2pm last Sunday (November 2). She sadly died in hospital.

A Wiltshire Police spokesperson said: “Our thoughts are with the family at this difficult time, and they are being supported by specially trained officers.”

Two others were also hurt in the crash. The A303 was closed in both directions near Deptford, in Wiltshire, but reopened on Monday (November 3).

The force has renewed its appeal for witnesses and dashcam footage to help their investigation.
