THE Salisbury community are being given the chance to nominate any stars at Salisbury Hospital for a special award.

The Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust Staff Awards 2025 has started taking nominations for awards that celebrate staff that have gone the extra mile over the past year.

Public and patients are being asked to put deserving staff members forward for the award, with the Patient Experience Award up for grabs.

Lisa Thomas, managing director, said: “Our Staff Awards highlight the dedication and compassion shown every day at Salisbury District Hospital.

“The Patient Experience award offers our community a chance to recognise and celebrate the individuals and teams who have gone above and beyond in caring for our patients and supporting families and loved ones.”

The ‘Patient Experience Award’ is for the team or individual that has made a significant impact upon improving the patient experience.

The deadline to nominate a staff member is Friday, July 4.
