ANOTHER unauthorised encampment has been established at Bishopdown Sports Field.
This comes after caravans were spotted in Victoria Park on Monday (July 14), which were eventually moved on – just three days after another unauthorised encampment was moved on from Queen Elizabeth Gardens last week.
It was reported that fences at Victoria Park were broken down.
Salisbury City Council said it is aware of the relocation and is taking all appropriate steps to manage the situation in line with legal procedures.
“Contact is being maintained with relevant partners,” a spokesperson said.
