FOUR days of fun, tradition and thrills await people in Salisbury’s city centre this October.
Salisbury Charter Fair is once again bringing the excitement to Salisbury, offering four days of fun for all ages from October 19 to 22.
The festivities begin at 2pm on the Sunday on Salisbury Market Place with the traditional civic parade from the Guildhall to the twister ride, followed by opening speeches and a blessing of the fair.
From family favourites like the carousel, dodgems and waltzer, to adrenaline-fuelled attractions such as ‘Chaos’ and other high-energy rides, the Salisbury Charter Fair has something for everyone.

There will also be a variety of sweet treats, street food and games to enjoy.
With roots dating back to 1227, when King Henry III granted a charter to the Bishop of Salisbury to hold a fair on the third Monday in October, the event remains a treasured annual tradition.
Salisbury Charter Fair runs from 2pm to 9pm on Sunday, and 11am to 10pm Monday to Wednesday.
