Witness appeal following assault between man and woman in Salisbury

POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a man was hurt in an assault in the city on Tuesday afternoon (September 23).

The assault reportedly took place between 3.30pm and 3.50pm in Crane Street.

The force said a man and a woman were involved, with the man reportedly sustaining minor injuries.

“We understand there were a number of people around and we are keen to hear from anyone who witnessed the incident,” a police spokesperson said.
