POLICE are appealing for witnesses after they received reports of concern for a child’s welfare in the queue of Poundland in Salisbury.
The incident took place on August 2 at around 1.55pm.
It is believed a number of people witnessed the incident between a woman and child.
Salisbury Police say they would like to speak to any witnesses as part of their enquiries.
