STAFF and residents at a care home have dusted off their dancing shoes, leg warmers, glowsticks and 80s attire for the launch of a new weekly Dementia Disco initiative.
The idea came about as activities staff at Wilton Place care home noticed how residents living with dementia love to dance and sing.
The weekly disco allows these music-loving residents to let loose to some toe-tapping songs and show off their dancing skills.
