A NEWLY launched podcast in Salisbury has already had 1,000 listeners – and has so far donated £600 to local charities chosen by guests.
The Salisbury Business Podcast is hosted by Daniel Willock and Adam Budd and each episode invites a local business owner or entrepreneur to share their story, challenges and wins in a relaxed and open format.
While the focus is on business, the conversations are anything but boring.
The podcast aims to help local businesses promote themselves, share real advice and connect with a wider audience.
What sets this podcast apart is its ongoing charitable support.

With every guest appearance, £100 is donated to a charity of their choice. So far, the donations have gone to:
• Wiltshire Creative
• Alzheimer’s Society
• MS Society
• Wiltshire Wildlife Trust
• Children’s Chance Salisbury
• Stars Appeal
Daniel and Adam said they launched the podcast with a clear goal in mind – to support and promote independent businesses in Salisbury and to give back to the community in the process.
“We’ve had such great feedback from listeners and guests,” said Daniel.
“People are enjoying the relaxed style, the mix of business insights and real talk, and the fact that we’re doing something positive for local charities at the same time.”
With guests from industries like finance, farming, care and the arts, the podcast is growing fast and gaining a loyal following.
The team is now encouraging more people to subscribe, follow and spread the word so the impact can continue.
