Woman who spray-painted breast cancer screening unit in Salisbury sentenced

DANIELLA Chester has been handed a 20-week prison sentence after she spray-painted multiple buildings in Salisbury’s city centre.

The 20-year-old of Oxford Road in Bournemouth sprayed paint on buildings on March 23 – including a breast cancer screening unit.

She pleaded guilty to 19 offences of criminal damage at Salisbury Magistrates’ Court on March 25.

She was sentenced to 20 weeks’ imprisonment at Poole Magistrates’ Court on Monday (April 14).

Chester, who has multiple previous convictions for similar offences, was identified on CCTV and arrested by Salisbury’s Neighbourhood Policing sergeant in Market Place soon after the incidents.

She was taken into custody, where she was remanded until her court appearance.
