Man knocked off motorbike in Salisbury hit-and-run

POLICE are appealing for witnesses following a hit-and-run between a motorcyclist and a car driver in Salisbury.

A man in his 20s was reportedly knocked off his bike by what is believed to be a black BMW off St Mark’s Roundabout at around 7.30pm on August 25.

The motorcyclist suffered injuries which are not thought to be serious.

“The car, potentially a black sedan, failed to stop at the scene,” a Salisbury Police spokesperson said.

“We are appealing for anyone who witnessed the collision or has any information to contact us by emailing 70493@wiltshire.police.uk quoting reference 54250117460.”
