A 26-YEAR-old man from Northumberland has been disqualified from driving for 29 months following an incident in Amesbury.
Amesbury Police said Dylan Emblen, 26, of The Meadows in Belford failed to provide a breath sample on two occasions.
The force said Emblen was seen by officers driving a Volkswagen Up in Amesbury on September 6 and was asked to carry out a roadside breath test which was asked for by officers following concerns.

He refused to do so and was arrested. He was taken to custody where he again refused to provide a breath sample.
PC Mat Jacob, from the Response Team in Salisbury, said: “We are committed to keeping our road network here in Wiltshire as safe as possible.
“Emblen was stopped initially due to concerns about his demeanour and ability to drive safely and legally. Both on the roadside and in custody he failed to provide an evidential breath test – an offence which is taken seriously by the courts as reflected in his lengthy disqualification.”
Emblen appeared in Salisbury Magistrates Court on October 24 where he pleaded guilty to failing to provide.
As well as the disqualification, he was ordered to pay an £807 fine, £323 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
