CAR parts were stolen during an overnight raid at a Salisbury yard.

The incident happened at Deacons Truck and Trailer Yard, at Rollestone Crossroads, some time between 6pm on August 5 and 8am the following morning.

Suspects broke into the yard and stole various car parts from commercial vehicles stored at the site, police said.

“It is believed the suspects were disturbed by a member of the public at around 11.30pm on August 5 – they are believed to have been travelling in a white Mercedes Sprinter van which was seen in the area at this time,” the spokesperson added.

“We would like to hear from anyone with information including anyone who may have seen this vehicle in the area at the time.”
